The once and still popular tv-show ‘Friends’ is coming back with a brand new season: ‘The Reunion’ in 2016. The title already describes the season, Rachel, Phoebe, Monica, Chandler, Ross and Joey are meeting again after 22 years. Some say the group will reunite in Central Perk which could be true, but we don’t know for sure. The plot is secret and it’ll be a big surprise when the new season comes. The cast is already filming and some of them are interviewed like Lisa Kudrow playing Phoebe Buffay and Matt LeBlanc playing Joey Tribbiani:
Lisa tells us she is very excited and is a bit nervous to see the reaction of some ‘Friends’-fans. “It will be a big surprise for the people, we will launch it on a random day and that makes me quite nervous. It has been 21 years ago and everyting will be different. Our characters are all grown up and have all different lives. How will the fans react to this?

Matt is also really excited. “I can’t wait to see the reaction of the people. This the ultimate season, the season we reunite and it won’t only be a funny season but also very sad. Perhaps I said too much… But I really like this season beacuse I can spend time with everyone again and that’s really nice. We have worked 10 long years together and it was a great experience, they became more than co-workers and now I can make one more season with them and that’s just awesome.”
And that’s of course true. This season is not only meant for the fans but also for the cast itself and that real friendship could make it into a fantastic season
